{"id":21,"date":"2019-09-06T09:22:19","date_gmt":"2019-09-06T09:22:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utri2.com\/?page_id=21"},"modified":"2019-09-12T06:01:30","modified_gmt":"2019-09-12T06:01:30","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/utri2.com\/index.php\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About the podcast &#038; hosts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"background-color:#00315c;color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-text-color has-background\">Utri2 was started by Peter Lambert after participating in an increasing number of triathlons since February 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#00315c;color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-text-color has-background\">Inspired by the positive experience and noticing that there was few-to-zero podcasts on the sport at a club level, Peter wanted to share the experiences and sense of achievement from triathlon with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#00315c;color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-text-color has-background\">Peter&#8217;s experience in sport is mostly related to ice hockey, where he&#8217;s an administrator for a national league team.  Coming from cycling, the bike is Peter&#8217;s preferred discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#00315c;color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-text-color has-background\">Peter is joined by his training buddies &#8211; his childhood friend Greg, and Greg&#8217;s daughter Lauren, who holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Newcastle University, and is currently studying a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at CSU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#00315c;color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-text-color has-background\">Lauren has represented Australia in Korfball and NSW in netball, swimming and water polo.
